Material is thicker and the zip pockets feel firmer too

Material is thicker and the zip pockets feel firmer too. So glad I took out the insurance as it gives that extra piece of mind.

Fantastic.....but quite hard to put up

Once we got this up it's been amazing, our neurodiverse 12 year old with ADHD really loves it and feels really cosy.
The only reason for the loss of one star is because it's really tricky to put up. It doesn't take ten minutes, it takes about 45. There were no instructions at all so I had to look at the website but even then it didn't make it clear which poles went where. You need quite a bit of space to put it up as well, even the single which we bought, is huge. The thing that really got me was just how tight the material was to be able to put the end of the pole in to the zip so I could seal it. It took a lot of effort from both me and the person helping me to try and get the pole in to the material. My hands were actually bruised by the end of it. However, once we'd got the tent in position and the bed made inside it's been brilliant. The black out element is truly black out.
All in all a great purchase but just be aware there won't be instructions, it's not that obvious, you need a lot of space to put it up and maybe wear some thick gloves when you're trying to push the end of the pole in to the zip slot.

Unfortunately not worth the money

I can not fault customer service at all they have been great but I have had 2 pods both damaged in the same place. I don't think the pod is worth the money as it really needs to be reinforced where the poles go as they are so tight but there isn't any reinforced material to stop it going through the fabric.
