These terms explain how Snuggy works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. Please read them before ordering. By using this website or placing an order you are agreeing to them.

This website is operated by 3 Power Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We trade as Snuggy. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", that means 3 Power Limited.

2. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of snuggy.com and any orders you place through it.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date. If you continue to use the site after that, it means you accept the updated terms.
If a court ever finds that one part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed but everything else will continue to apply as normal.
3. Using this website
You can use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful
- Copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission
- Upload viruses, malware, or anything harmful
- Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the site
- Impersonate anyone or provide false information
We can refuse service or cancel accounts if these rules are broken.
4. Products and pricing
We try to make sure all product descriptions, images, and prices on our site are accurate. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. We cannot guarantee your monitor will show them exactly as they appear in real life.
Prices may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing payment and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or where orders appear to be placed for commercial resale purposes.
5. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email, but the contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your order.
You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you using the details you gave us.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We will let you know if there is a significant delay.

8. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To cancel, contact us at help@snuggy.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
9. Faulty or damaged goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If something you have received is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us and we will make it right.
10. Errors and omissions
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and, where necessary, to cancel or adjust orders affected by incorrect information, even after an order has been placed. We will always contact you first if this affects your order.
11. Reviews, feedback and submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other submissions, whether through our site, by email, or otherwise, you agree that we may use, publish, and share that content without restriction or compensation. You remain responsible for anything you submit and must ensure it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain anything unlawful, false, or harmful.
We may monitor, edit, or remove any content we consider to be unlawful, offensive, or in breach of these terms, but we are not obligated to do so.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim connected to these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of earnings or opportunity, even if these were foreseeable.
13. Third-party links and tools
Our site may include links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. We may also provide access to third-party tools. Your use of these is at your own risk.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to 3 Power Limited or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or use it without our written consent.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
